Product quality:first off, the jacket arrived in a plastic bag and was completely crumpled up. Not even ironing got the wrinkles out. secondly, the sleeves are very crudely sewn on, so they bump up where the sleeve meets their body of the jacket, and the shoulder pads are much more pronounced than in the picture. It honestly looks more like a lady's jacket than a man's jacket. very unfortunate.
